The above picture was taken at the Drivl 'Gammabration' soiree that took place on May 1st at the Doubletree Inn and Suites in Dayton, Ohio. This jamboree marked the elevation of Drivl.com to gamma status. Editor Lindsay Jamieson clutched his complimentary bottle of Dasani water and expressed joy at the new status.

"Most people dream their entire lives of just making it to 'beta' level, so going 'gamma' is a true milestone and probably the highlight of my existence," said Jamieson. Editor Jared Reynolds, the only other invited guest, lay quietly, head resting on soft furs, spread-eagle on the suite's double bed. "Gamma fucking rocks. I'm so stoked!," he shouted with glee.

The party lasted for half an hour. The Rudy Ray Moore impersonator and rented steeds never showed up, and the two guests left the mini-bar short one package of Oreos and a bag of Doritos. Neither editor seemed to know what 'gamma' status actually means, but both sensed the dawn of a bigger, feebler, hot-rockin' era for Drivl. "We will tame the wind," said Reynolds. The boys are now sitting, waiting patiently for the wave of congratulatory greetings that they expect to receive from Drivl well wishers everywhere.
