Okay, it was funny when Carlos Mencia presented a California Department of Transportation minion with one of those signs that depicts people running across a freeway, and asked him what it was meant to signify. Thinking the camera was on, the guy stutters something about people crossing the highway.

Five minutes later, Carlos tells him the camera had been turned off and asks him again what the sign means. The guy replies, "Wetbacks."
